You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. GymPlus uses Firestore secure cloud database storage to keep your data safe.
5. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to abuse the system, send spam, or upload harmful code. Any breach may result in immediate suspension of your account.
6. Limitation of Liability
GymPlus and its legal owner, Arunkumar Chockalingam, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and defined in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ariyalur, Tamil Nadu.
